OKA Classique is crafted in the cellars of the Fromagerie d'Oka from specially selected wheels that are ripened over a longer period than Regular OKA. The extended ripening time and the additional washes of its rind lend it greater maturity, making OKA Classic a rich cheese with a bold taste and distinctive aroma.
