Supplier Portal

To maintain its leadership position and deploy its business strategy, Agropur is continually working to improve its operational practices. Therefore, Agropur is transitioning to the implementation of COUPA, a state-of-the-art e-commerce system.

With COUPA, the effectiveness of our interactions with our suppliers will be increased and the ways of doing things will be standardized. To make this project a success, we are working with our current and future suppliers to realize the full potential of this transition.

 

 

COUPA

Supplier Portal (CSP)

The CSP is a free tool that facilitates business relations between suppliers and Agropur by simplifying the management of relationships and transactions.  As a vendor, you can now manage your content and settings, including viewing purchase orders, configuring delivery methods, creating catalogs, sending invoices and pre-shipment notices (ASNs), checking transaction status, and more.

Tender management

Coupa Tender Management is used to coordinate bidding activities. The platform facilitates the exchange of documents as well as communications and allows us to complete our tendering activities in an organized and transparent way for bidders.
