Agropur Featured in The Globe and Mail

The Globe and Mail

Earlier this summer, Agropur was the subject of a glowing article in The Globe and Mail, one of Canada’s most influential and widely read newspapers.

Titled How dairy co-op Agropur churned a hard-won comeback and set sights on markets abroad, the article highlights our transformation, the challenges we’ve overcome, and our ambitious vision for the future. It explores our turnaround, operations, and the strategic decisions that helped restore the Cooperative’s financial strength.

The feature includes an interview with our CEO, Émile Cordeau, conducted at our Longueuil head office, as well as a visit to our St-Laurent plant with Jean-François Dubé, Senior Vice President of Operations. A photographer also visited Ferme Isabelle, located in Coteau-du-Lac (Salaberry-Richelieu region) and owned by an Agropur member, to capture a few images.

This media coverage reflects the resilience of our organization, the strength of our cooperative model, and our commitment to doing things differently to ensure sustainable growth, while remaining true to our cooperative values.
