Stéphane Glorieux joins Agropur’s Board of Directors

Stéphane Glorieux

During the regional meetings held last November, we announced the arrival of Stéphane Glorieux as a guest member of the Board of Directors. This appointment reflects the Board’s commitment to strengthening the diversity of expertise around the table and enriching its strategic discussions.

With extensive experience in manufacturing operations, Stéphane has demonstrated recognized leadership in organizational transformation and supply chain optimization within the consumer goods sector. He holds an MBA from McGill University and has held strategic positions at Kraft and Mondelez. During this time, he spent seven years in Toronto and three years in Paris before joining Keurig, where he concluded his career as President. These roles allowed him to lead major initiatives in food innovation, appliance marketing, supply chain optimization and demand planning.

Renowned for his leadership in organizational transformation and business development, Stéphane is also deeply committed to ecological transition and carbon neutrality—strategic issues for the future of our industry. He sees the cooperative model as a powerful lever and believes Agropur can continue to play a key role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, both on farms and within its operations.

In his new role as a guest member, he will actively participate in discussions and Board orientations, without voting rights, but with a valuable perspective that will support the Cooperative’s mission and vision.

His presence is a significant asset for Agropur and will contribute to informed decisions for the benefit of all members.

Members will have the opportunity to meet him at the Annual General Meeting on February 11, 2026.

“What motivated me to join Agropur was, above all, the desire to humbly share the knowledge I’ve gained over the past three decades, to support the Board in understanding the challenges of manufacturing transformation, and to better grasp the challenges and successes of an influential Canadian cooperative in a rapidly changing North American context.”
