Netiquette

The netiquette defines the rules of conduct and courtesy to be observed by users on the platforms owned or controlled by Agropur Dairy Cooperative, when exchanging on the web or on social media.

This policy does not replace any of the platform terms or conditions but applies in addition to the conditions of the social media.

Agropur encourages and values social media exchanges and discussions. We ask that you treat other members of the community with respect and reserve the right to hide or remove any comments or links in accordance with the following terms:

  • Abusive, discriminatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, derogatory, threatening, hateful, harassing, defamatory or abusive messages (words, images, posts and comments) will not be tolerated;
  • - Pornographic, vulgar, obscene or sexually explicit messages, including hyperlinks or images that may be shared;
  • Messages that contain profanity;
  • Messages that may invade privacy or violate the privacy of others;
  • Messages that may cause harm to our customers, employees or business partners will not be tolerated;
  • Abusive language or any form of harassment towards an individual or group of individuals;
  • Public comments that contain personal information, such as phone numbers or email addresses;
  • Comments that are irrelevant, confusing or off-topic;
  • Commercial messages (spam), solicitations and advertisements of any kind will be systematically deleted;
  • Repetitive messages (flooding) aimed at clogging the social platform;
  • Messages that denounce the practices of a company or organization by name;

 

Agropur reserves the right to not reply to a comment and to delete it. The author of the comment may be denied access to Agropur's social media without notice and may be reported to the social platform.

Agropur welcomes your comments. We will do our best to respond to your posts, comments, and messages as quickly as possible. Please note that our accounts are managed Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

  • Agropur is not responsible for the content and opinions expressed by users on social media. Our decision to follow a user on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter does not imply our endorsement of that user. Comments are the sole responsibility of their authors.

  • Agropur is not responsible for the accuracy of statements, information, advice, or comments posted on this site by followers and visitors.

  • Agropur reserves the right to change its rules of conduct at any time and without notice.
