Masters Reserve

Agropur’s Masters Reserve brand includes cheeses of exceptional quality manufactured in Wisconsin for the U.S. market. They are crafted and ripened under the watchful eye of four highly respected master cheesemakers: Pat Doell, Roger Krohn, Terry Lensmire and Dan Stearns.

These craftsmen are well versed in Cheddar – marble, aged, strong or mild – as they are in their other flagship products: Mozzarella, Monterey Jack and Provolone.


Masters Reserve’s cheesemakers are all graduates of the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Program, an advanced education program offered in partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
