ISO Chill® 3400 HF
ISO Chill® 3400 HF is a high fat whey product that has been filtered and concentrated to at least 34% protein and excels in functional performance in food applications. Whey protein concentrate is a coproduct of cheese making and contains all essential amino acids as well as a good portion of particularly beneficial branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and glutamine. Thanks to the non-destructive micro-filtering process, ISO Chill® 3400 HF maintains its original 3D form and the functionality of its bioactive compounds.
