ISO Chill® 9000 Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) originates from fresh milk and is directly derived from sweet whey which undergoes cold membrane filtration and is spray dried by gentle indirect heat to ensure a high quality, complete source dairy protein. Imparting a neutral, clean flavor, it is homogeneous, free-flowing, and non-caking.  ISO Chill® can be worked easily into a variety of food and nutritional applications, as the primary source or as a complementary ingredient component.
