BiPRO® 9500 is a completely natural, unique dairy protein produced from pasteurized whey through proprietary selective ion-exchange technology. The unique ion-exchange process selects the primary functional and nutritional proteins-betalactoglobulin and Alpha-lactalbumin for isolation and spray drying.
